Why,well the 3 new characters aren't that good. Victor is sper limited to only electric teams which the tier list dont take into considreation alone hes really crappy and even with those team mates he si still jut decent.
Chase while I kinda like him he is just there to block of strong opponents. One can easily replace him with a strong character instead. That gives a better result overall. But especaily agiasnt weak really abd cahracters. He will beat them but not by much and blocking htem is not impotant. Whie for example Emma will istantly rape them. So is much bettre having a really poweful character who can just wipe them away looking at the total stats of the game. This then makes him have pretty bad placmetn in a ranking but I would say hes ok becsaue he can beat most of the top played characters.
Hawkeye like I just wrote in the article before this is a pretty bad character so shes somewhere in teh middle.
None of these 3 new has affected the meta at all. Wich is still filled with just a ot of Nul and Kuurths. And Nul even got nerfed now so I really don't get why people keep using him. Now hes meteor is gone when he dies they don't last as long when eh lives and he and Kuurth is still a horrible synergy(she wants to get attacked, he wants to be protected the result is just to ignore her and kill him first easy win).
Anotehr super commong thing this meta is still the use of mugin eye to be immune to melee attack from I guess mainly Molly, but its 100% usless in defence as its just to spam the aoe ultimate...
Just like last seasons he only real fear in attacking is facing Molly in many different teams as well. Then other high damage burst characters like Iron Patriot who if they got high stats can just 1 shoot a character before you can move.
